Gluten Free Breakfast Smoothie Recipes – We all know that breakfast is the most important meal (learn why here) which is why I have posted this Gluten Free Smoothie Recipe. I don’t know about you, but I simply don’t have the time to make a good hearty breakfast unless it is on the weekend.
However, what I do have time for is a Smoothie. The reason why Smoothies are so great is because they are easy to make, are simple and requires absolutely no technical skill. Get the ingredients and chuck them in, blend and pour.
Another great option is that you can make them the night before; enough to last you a couple of days too. The recipe below is 1 of them simple recipes that you should try. Healthy, tasty and Gluten Free; what else could you want. Any smoothie that incorporates strawberries is an immediate favorite of mine. Be sure to check out the nutritional benefits at the bottom.
- 1/3 Cup oatmeal
- 4 Heaping Tablespoons of Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate
- 1/3 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
- 6 Frozen Strawberries
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
Grind the oatmeal in a blender until as fine as you can get it. Add all other ingredients and blend until desired consistency. Enjoy.

The breakfast smoothie recipe is an adaption of a few I came across. I created this smoothie to fit the needs of my family, so we used Gluten free oatmeal and added almond milk.
